摘  要:以乳酸、阿拉伯树胶、丙三醇和聚乙烯醇作为添加剂,研究了不同添加剂对石英浆料pH值、粘度和悬浮性的影响,并对添加剂的作用机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,乳酸和丙三醇对石英浆料的分散性和流动性有改善作用,聚乙烯醇具有增加浆料悬浮性的效果,阿拉伯树胶的添加不利于浆料系统的分散和稳定。Using lactic acid,arabin,glycerin and polyvinyl alcohol as additives,we have studied their various influences on silica ceramic slurry's properties involving pH,viscosity and suspension through test,as well as discussed their action mechanism.The result shows that lactic acid and glycerin can obviously enhance the dispersity and fluidity of silica ceramic slurry system,polyvinyl alcohol has a significant improvement in its suspension,while adding arabin has a bad effect on its dispersity and stabilization.
