探寻我国非农就业人数增长的背后因素

摘　　要：基于投入占用产出技术,通过对非农就业人数的结构分解分析,研究我国在1997-2002年阶段以及2002-2007年阶段非农就业人数增加的背后支撑因素.分析结果显示各部门最终需求的变动,GDP和消费等最终需求构成项的总量对就业的拉动效果在两个阶段均很明显,但是1997-2002年阶段的GDP的贡献率高于2002-2007年阶段的GDP的贡献率.This paper analyzes the reasons of non-farm employment increase of China during 1997-2002 and 2003- 2008 based on input-occupation-output technology and structure decomposition analysis. The result indicates that the effects of alteration of all the departments＇ final demand, GDP and consumption etc. on increasing employment are obvious during the two periods. However, GDP＇s contribution rate during 1997- 2002 is higher than the contribution rate during 2002-2007.
