摘 要:目的研究偏食高碘对大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法将40只断乳后约1个月的远交封闭群SPF/VAF级Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常对照(NC)组、偏食对照(MC)组、偏食+10倍碘(M10HI)组、偏食+50倍碘(M50HI)组、偏食+100倍碘(M100HI)组,每组8只,雌雄各半。采用自由饮水、摄食的方式进行染毒,各组大鼠碘摄入量分别为6.15、6.15、61.5、307.5、615μg/d,连续染毒6个月。染毒结束后,取眼球静脉血,测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原时间(Fbg-time)、纤维蛋白原浓度(Fbg-c)、抗凝血酶活力(AT3:A)和D二聚体(D-dimer)浓度。结果与正常对照组相比,M10HI组大鼠APTT缩短,AT3:A下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);Fbg-c升高,但仅雄性大鼠差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MC、M50HI和M100HI组大鼠PT、APTT、Fbg-time、TT延长,Fbg-c下降,除M50HI组TT外,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。各组大鼠D二聚体浓度间比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 10倍高碘对偏食大鼠凝血功能具有促进作用;单纯偏食和50、100倍高碘则表现出降低凝血功能的作用。Objective To observe the effect of monophagia and excess iodine on the function of blood coagulation in rats. Methods Forty outbreeding closed colony Wistar rats, about one month after stopping lactation, were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal diet control group (NC) ;monophagia control group (MC) ;10 -fold iodine +monophagia group (M10HI) ;50-fold iodine+monophagia group (M50HI) ; 100-fold iodine+monophagia group (M100HI),with 4 males and 4 females in eath group. The rats were treated with unconstrained oral iodine exposure at the dosage of 6.15,6.15,61.5,307.5 and 615 Ixg/d respectively. After 60 days of exposure ,the blood was collected from the eyeball vein and PT,APTF,Tr,Fbg- Time, Fbg-c ,AT3 :A, and D-dimer were determined by Sysmex CA7000 automated blood coagulation analyzer. Results Compared with normal control group,APT? and AT3:A decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),while Fbg-c increased (P〈0.01 in male rats) in M10HI group ;PT ,APTT ,Fbg-time and TT increased while Fbg-c decreased significantly in MC group ,M50HI group and M100HI group (no significant change was seen in M50HI group). Conclusion 10-fold iodine can promote blood coagulation of monophagia rats;while single monophagia,50-fold iodine and 100-fold iodine can reduce blood coagulation in rats.
