摘 要:丙烯酰胺是经职业人群流行病学研究确认的对人类具有神经毒性的毒物,并被国际癌症研究机构列为2A组"可能人类致癌物",其生物标志物可被用来监测暴露水平、评价损伤效应及预测可能的作用机制。寻找丙烯酰胺的特异性生物标志物有助于准确地评价作业人员的暴露水平,有效地识别丙烯酰胺易感者,预防作业场所工作人员丙烯酰胺急慢性中毒。该文将对丙烯酰胺生物标志物近期的研究进展做一综述,以期为更好地保护职业接触者提供依据。Acrylamide is confirmed as the neurotoxic toxicant for human by occupational epidemiological studies, and was classified by IARC as Group 2A "probably carcinogenic to humans", the biomarkers can be used to monitor exposure, evaluate the damage effects and forecast the possible mechanism. Looking for specific biomarkers of acrylamide can help to accurately evaluate the exposure level of workers, effectively identify susceptible person to acrylamide and prevent the workers from acute or chronic acrylamide poisoning. In this article, recent researches on biomarkers of acrylamide were reviewed, so as to provide were reviewed basis for better protecting occupational exposed population.
