康复新液保留灌肠在痔切除术后的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨痔切除术后康复新液保留灌肠的临床疗效。方法 181例痔切除术后患者随机分为两组,观察组术后给予康复新液lOOml每日早晚各1次保留灌肠,对照组生理盐水lOOml保留灌肠,比较两组患者术后疼痛缓解的时间和手术创面愈合的时间。结果观察组疼痛缓解的时间和手术创面愈合的时间比对照组短,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论痔疮患者术后康复新液保留灌肠可以减少术后的疼痛,促进创面的愈合。Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of KangFuXin retention enema after hemorrhoidectomy.Methods：181 patients after hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into two groups.One was test group treated with retention enema of 100ml KangFuXin.The other one was control group treated with sodium chloride.Patients in each group were detected and compared of the time of odynolysis and wound healing.ResUIts：The time of odynolysis and wound healing in test group patients after hemorrhoidectomy was obviously shortened when compared with test group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Retention enema of Kang FuXin can decrease pain and encourage wound heal ing after hemorrhoidectomy.
