摘 要:选用棉浆和木浆3种纤维素浆粕为原料,以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Bmim]C1)为溶剂,探讨了浆粕的聚合度(DP)和α-纤维素含量对其在[Bmim]Cl中的溶解情况、纺丝液的流变行为及其纤维性能的影响。结果表明:浆粕的DP和α-纤维素含量越高,其在[Bmim]Cl中完全溶解所需时间就越长;相对于α-纤维素含量而言,Dp对浆粕溶解速率的影响为主要因素;3种纤维素/[Bmim]Cl纺丝液都属于切力变稀流体,由高DP和高α-纤维素含量的浆粕所制得的纺丝液的结构粘度指数大且粘流活化能高;高DP和高α-纤维素含量的浆粕有利于获得力学性能更好的纤维素纤维。Using three kinds of cotton and wood cellulose pulps as raw material and the ionic liquid of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Bmim]Cl) as solvent,the effect of the degree of polymerization(DP) andα-cellulose content of pulps on the cellulose dissolution in[Bmim]Cl,the rheological behavior of the spinning dope and the properties of the resulted fibers were discussed.The results showed that the higher the DP andα-cellulose content of cellulose pulp,the longer the dissolution time of cellulose in[Bmim]Cl.The DP of pulp was the dominating factor on the dissolution rate of cellulose in[Bmim]Cl as compared withα-cellulose content.Three kinds of cellulose/[Bmim]Cl spinning dopes belonged to the typical shear thinning fluids.High DP and highα- cellulose content of the pulp contributed high structural viscosity index and viscous flow activation energy to the spinning dope.The pulp with high DP and highα- cellulose content helped to prepare the fiber with high mechanical properties.
