摘  要:以己内酰胺、ω-氨基己酸、己二酸为原料合成了低相对分子质量((?)_n)PA6;研究了反应时间、己二酸用量对PA6试样(?)_n的影响,并对PA6试样进行差示扫描量热及红外光谱分析。结果表明:在常压250℃条件下,反应时间12 h,己二酸质量分数(相对己内酰胺)为15%,可制备(?)_n约2 000,相对粘度1.2,端胺基含量小于1 mmol/kg的低(?)_nPA6,其熔点为176.9℃,结晶温度为121.7℃;其特征官能团吸收峰位置没有变化,强度减弱;低(?)_nPA6为硬段制备的热塑料弹性体具有良好的断裂强度和断裂伸长率。A low-relative number molecular mass(M_n ) PA6 was synthesized using caprolactam,ω-aminocaproic acid and adipic acid as raw material.The effects of reaction time and adipic acid amount on M_n of PA6 samples were studied.PA6 samples were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry and infrared spectrometry.The results showed that the low-relative molecular mass PA6 can be produced with M_n about 2 000,relative viscosity of 1.2 and amino end group content lower than 1 mmol/kg under the conditions as followed;250℃under atmospheric pressure,reaction time 12 h,15%adipic acid by mass fraction based on caprolactam.The melting point was 176.9℃and the crystallization temperature was 121.7℃.The infrared absorption band of characteristic functional groups did not change,but the intensity reduced.The thermoplastic elastomer with low-relative molecular mass PA6 as hard segment exhibited fairly good breaking strength and elongation at break.
