摘  要:根据共混纺丝的要求,开发了高效圆盘静态混合器,将静态混合圆盘安装在现有纺丝组件内进行了冷态模拟实验和纺丝试验。结果表明:静态混合圆盘具有明显的混合效果,应用于聚丙烯/铁粉共混纺丝,在原有组件内装入6块静态混合圆盘后,纺丝、拉伸性能更好,纤维中铁粉分布更细化、均匀。A high-efficiency disc static mixer was developed based on the requirement of blend spinning process.The cold modelling experiment and spinning experiment were conducted for the spin pack installed with static mixed discs.The results showed that the static mixed disc had profound mixing effect.The spinning and drawing performance of the fiber were better and the distribution of iron powder in fiber was more uniform when the origninal spin pack was installed with 6 pieces of static mixed discs and was applied in polypropylene/iron powder blending spinning process.
