摘  要:渐开线齿形是目前使用最普遍的一种齿形,然而,由于制造误差和弹性变形的影响,轮齿在啮合时具有受载不均匀、冲击大和寿命短等缺点,特别是重型装载机所用的非标齿轮,传动缺点更明显,所以有必要对轮齿齿廓进行修形,达到降低噪音、提高承载能力和延长使用寿命的目的。根据国内外的生产实践和理论分析,并结合公司齿轮项目产品采用渐开线齿廓分段计算的方法,对渐开线齿廓进行修形设计(K形齿)。通过在HOFLER数控成型磨齿机上完成修形工艺,使齿形具有12~44μm修形量,齿向具有25~88μm修形量,经轮齿检测合格安装使用两年多时间里,齿轮传动一直平稳,整机仍正常运行,并且噪音降低了约20%。The involute gear is the most popular gear at present. But due to the manufacturing deviation and elastic deformation, the tooth when meshing has the shortage of uneven load and big impact and short life, especially for the non-standard gear used on heavy-duty loader that has the more apparent driving weakness, therefore it is necessary to modify and optimize the tooth profile in order to improve the loading capability, lower the driving noise and longer life. According to the domestic and overseas production practice and theoretical analysis, as well as actual experience of the company's gear project, the involute tooth profile is to be modified and optimized ("K" tooth) through stepwise method. The modifying and optimizing process was performed on the HOFLER NC gear grinding machine with 12- 44μm modifying allowance on tooth profile and 25 -88μm modifying allowance on Longitudinal correction. By using the modified and optimized tooth that passed through inspection, the gear has been working well with stable driving and the machine using the gear has been operating correctly for 2 years, at the same time the noise is decreased by around 20%.
