摘　　要：电子报纸兼具数字化媒介和纸本报纸的优势,是数字技术发展的必然产物。国家图书馆在电子报纸收集、整合、使用及保存方面进行了多方面的探索和实践,通过报社征集、网络采集、采购等多种途径收集电子报纸,建立了电子报纸导航网站、触屏体验系统和网络在线读报系统,并对电子报纸进行长期保存,为读者使用电子报纸提供了便利的服务。The electronic newspaper has the superiority of both the digital medium and the paper newspaper,which is the inevitable product of digital technology development.The National Library of China starts lots of explorations and practices in the collection,integration,utilization and preservation of electronic newspapers,collects electronic newspapers by various manners（such as newspaper offices,web and acquisition）,establishes the navigation website of electronic newspapers,touch-screen experience system and online newspaper reading system,preserves electronic newspapers permanently,and provides convenient services for readers.
