大学图书馆规模与生机的悖论

摘　　要：目前,大学图书馆普遍存在建筑规模宏大却不实用,读者到馆率虚高,馆藏利用率低,单向度阅读等弊端。为了破解规模与生机的悖谬,图书馆应建立对话机制,依据文学意象对图书馆的启示建设理想中的图书馆。上海交通大学图书馆的有益探索,既引领了全国大学图书馆的学科化服务,又力所能及有效地实施服务,激荡图书馆的生气。Currently,malpractices of university libraries are widespread such as the architectural scale is great but impracticable,rates of readers go to libraries unrealistically high,operating factor of collections is low,reading is one-dimension.In order to break the paradox of scale and vitality,university libraries should establish dialogue mechanism,and construct ideal libraries according to literary images of university libraries.The benefit pursuits of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library not only have lead the subject service of libraries in the whole country,but also carry out services effectually within grasp,and agitate the vitality of libraries.
