复方苦参注射液配合动脉栓塞化疗治疗肝癌

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液配合动脉栓塞化疗治疗肝癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:将60例肝癌患者随机分为复方苦参注射液配合动脉栓塞化疗组(试验组,30例)和仅用动脉栓塞化疗组(对照组,30例),2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:试验组30例获部分缓解(PR)15例,稳定(SD)11例,总有效率为50.0%;对照组30例获PR 14例,SD 9例,总有效率为46.7%;两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验组白细胞下降的发生率、消化道反应(恶心呕吐、发热、肝区胀痛)发生率和肝脏毒性显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液能够减轻肝癌动脉栓塞化疗不良反应,增加患者化疗耐受性,提高生活质量。Objective： To observe and compare the efficacies and toxicities of composite matrine injection combined with TACE and TACE regimen alone in the treatment of patients with advanced hepatic carcinoma.Methods： Sixty patients were divided into 2 groups.They were treated with TACE＋compound matrine injection（n=30） or TACE regimen alone（control,n=30） for 2 weeks as one course of treatment,and the treatment lasted three courses.Results： In combination group,the overall response rate was 50.0%（PR in 15 patients,SD in 11 patients,and PD in 4 patients）.In control group,the overall response rate was 46.70%（PR in 14 patients,SD in 9 patients and PD in 7 patients）.The difference in the overall response rates between the two groups was not significant（P0.05）.The incidence rates of leucopenia,gastrointestinal reactions,hepatotoxicity and renal toxicity were significantly lower in combination group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Composite matrine injection can attenuate toxic effects of TACE chemotherapy,enhance patients＇ tolerance to chemotherapy and improve patients＇ quality of life.
