摘 要:衰老是显花植物生活周期中必然经历的阶段。植物衰老伴随着一系列的生理变化,而这些变化受到各种环境因子的影响,但主要受衰老相关基因的作用。这些基因包括发育进程相关基因、激素合成相关基因、调节基因、参与调节因子降解过程的基因、植物防卫反应相关基因等。最近的研究表明,植物衰老还受到蛋白的亚硝基化这种蛋白翻译后修饰途径的调控。Senescence, integral to the flowering plant life-cycle, is affected by not only endogenous developmental factors but also various environmental factors. Increasing efforts have been made to identify senescence-associated genes. In this paper, the authors summarized the functions of the genes that had been identified, including:genes that control the developmental aging process, genes that control other endogenous biological processes, regulatory genes, genes that are supposed to be involved in the degradation process of senescence regulatory factors, and pathogenesis-related genes. Recently, S-nitrosylation of target proteins was reported to be involved in aging process in plant.
