摘 要:以籼稻、粳稻和典型籼粳稻杂交衍生的重组自交系群体为试材,研究花时性状在籼粳稻杂交后代中的表现及其对外部环境的响应规律。结果表明,:花时性状在籼粳稻杂交后代中均呈连续变异,表现出数量性状的遗传特点。始花时、盛花时和终花时之间存在极显著的正相关,始花时与开花持续时间呈极显著的负相关。籼粳交后代中,花时与程氏指数相关不显著。籼稻与粳稻的花时性状对外部环境的敏感性不同,与粳稻相比,籼稻更容易受外部环境的影响。07:01—08:00的平均气温与籼稻的始花时、盛花时显著负相关,对粳稻影响不显著,14:01—15:00的平均气温与典型粳稻的盛花时呈显著的负相关,日最高气温与籼稻的始花时和终花时呈显著的负相关。无论籼稻还是粳稻,气温高低仅影响花时的早晚,对开花持续时间的长短影响不大。籼稻对空气湿度较粳稻敏感,07:01—08:00,08:01—09:00,10:01—11:00及07:01—15:00的平均湿度与籼稻的终花时呈显著至极显著的正相关,空气湿度对粳稻花时的影响未达显著水平,无论籼稻还是粳稻,空气湿度对开花持续时间均无显著影响。太阳辐射强度对花时性状的影响未达显著水平。Five indica rice varieties,five japonica rice varieties and one F11 population of 200 RILs(Recombinant inbred lines) derived from the cross between indica(Qishanzhan,chen′s index at 7) and japonica(Akihikari,Chen′s index at 22) rice were used as the materials to study the flowering time(FT) in filial generations of indica-japonica crosses and its response to the external environment.The results showed that the flowering time traits had all a continuous variation among the RILs of the indica-japonica cross indicating their quantitative trait characteristic.There existed a very significant positive correlation between flowering-beginning time(FBT),vigorous-flowering time(VFT) and flowering-end time(FET) but a very significant negative correlation between FBT and flowering duration.There was no significant correlation between flowering time and Cheng′s index(CI) in the filial generation of the indica-japonica cross,indicating that FT and CI were two relatively independent traits so they could be recombined in filial generations.Indica and japonica showed a different response in FT traits to the external environment,and indica rice was more sensitive.The air temperature during 07:01—08:00 showed a significant negative correlation to FBT and VFT of indica rice but no correlation to those of japonica rice.The air temperature during 14:01—15:00 showed a significant negative correlation to VFT of japonica rice.The daily maximum temperature showed a significant negative correlation to FBT and FET of indica rice.Whether it is indica or japonica rice,the temperature affected only the time of flowering,it had little effect on the duration of flowering.Indica rice was more sensitive to air humidity than japonica rice.The average air humidity during the periods of 07:01—08:00,08:01—09:00,10:01—11:00 and 07:01—15:00 showed a significant positive correlation to FET of indica rice.However,the air humidity showed no correlation to any flowering time traits of japonica rice.The air humidity had no significant effe
