曲美他嗪对稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸曲美他嗪片对冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者的疗效及对C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平的影响。方法将58例稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例，对照组采用阿司匹林、β-受体阻滞剂、他汀类和硝酸酯类等药物常规治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服盐酸曲美他嗪片，疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后心绞痛发作的改善情况，同时检测治疗前后血清CRP含量。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后C-反应蛋白水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲美他嗪可明显改善稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者临床疗效，显著降低稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者血清CRP水平。Objective To observe the curative effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets on the patients with stable angina pectoris and the influence of trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets on C - reactive protein （CRP）. Methods Firty- eight patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups the test group （n = 30） and the controll group （n = 28）. In the control group, the patients took aspirin, β -blockers, statins and nitrate drugs such as conventional treatment; in the test group,trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets were given in addition to conventional therapy. The treatment durations in both groups were 4weeks. Evaluate the clinical effect and the mend matters of angina; at the same time, to detect the change of C -reactive protein level in serum of the patients with stable angina pectoris. Results After treatment, the total effectiveness in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients with clinical efficacy difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the serum C - reactive protein level in the two groups was also statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets can obviously improve the clinical curative effect on the patients with stable angina pectoris by notable depressing the level of CRP.
