摘  要:吊篮是巨型多功能土工离心机的关键部件,它不仅要承载大离心载荷,还要承载振动等复合载荷,其结构直接影响离心机的规模和运行工况。针对某巨型土工离心机吊篮使用要求,首先分析确定其振动方向,然后设计其初始结构形式,并针对常规试验工况要求,用Pro/E软件对吊篮结构进行优化。以设计结构质量为优化目标,而以设计结构所受最大应力和最大位移为约束条件,找出了吊篮较合理的结构参数组合。最后对优化设计出的吊篮进行振动工况验证分析,结果表明该吊篮满足振动试验要求。巨型多功能土工离心机吊篮的设计可为同类产品的设计提供参考。Suspended basket is the key part of giant multi-function geotechnical centrifuge,it not only carries big centrifugal load,but also bears composite load such as vibration,whose structure directly influences the scale and operating conditions of the centrifuge.According to the operating requirement of a certain giant geotechnical centrifuge′s suspended basket,its vibration direction was analyzed and determined firstly,then its initial structure was designed properly,which was optimized in Pro/E based on the routine working conditions to find the rational design parameters.By taking the design structure mass as the object for the optimization,and by taking the maximum stress and maximum displacement applied to the designed structure,a much rational structure parameter combination was found out.Finally,the optimal designed suspended basket was verified and analyzed under vibration condition,its result shows that the suspended basket can meet the requirement of vibration test.The design and research of giant multi-function geotechnical centrifuge′s suspended basket can provide reference for the design of similar products.
