摘  要:对新型结晶器非正弦振动系统进行动力学分析,建立该系统的弹性动力学模型,并推导其运动微分方程。研究表明,该系统是周期时变参数系统,其质量矩阵、刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵都随时间周期性变化。基于此,采用"瞬时机构凝固法"对该周期时变系统的固有特性进行分析,结果表明,随逆平行四连杆机构主动曲柄位置和非正弦波形偏斜率的变化,系统的固有频率变化较大。文中还分析了系统的工作频率、结晶器的振幅及构件的参数和刚度对其固有特性的影响。为逆平行四连杆驱动的非正弦振动系统的优化设计及应用提供了理论依据。After carrying out dynamics analysis on non-sinusoidal oscillation system of a novel mold,the elastodynamics model of this system is established,and the differential equations of motion are deduced.The results show this system is of a periodical time-varying system with its mass matrix,stiffness matrix and damping matrix varying with time periodically.Further more,the natural characteristics analysis of the periodical time-varying system are done based on the "instantaneous mechanism-solidified method".Its result has indicated that the natural frequency of the system changes much bigger with the position of the drive crank of the anti-parallel four-bar linkage and the change of non-sinusoidal waveform bias slope.The effects on its natural characteristics by operation frequency of the system,the amplitude of the mold and the parameters and rigidity of the components,which provides basis on the optimum design and application for this non-sinusoidal oscillation system.
