摘　　要：针对目前国内销轴的压装主要采用油压机来完成,其压入过程中压入力大小无法监控的现状,开发设计了一种通过数字化形式来监控销轴压入力大小的减速起动机行星轮销轴压装专用设备。该设备能对销轴压入力大小进行实时监控,及时发现不合格产品,对提高机械制造业、尤其是汽车电器行业的生产效率和产品质量具有重要的意义。At present,as the pressing assembly of pin shafts is accomplished mainly by oil press in China,whose pressing force can＇t be monitored during the pressing process,a dedicated device for gear-reduction starter and planet wheel pin shaft pressing assembly,which can monitor the pressing force in the form of digitization,has been exploited.The device can monitor the pressing force and find out off-test products in real time.It is important to the production efficiency and product quality in machine building industry,especially in auto electrical equipment industry.
