摘　　要：目的探讨白介素6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在慢性心力衰竭患者血清中水平的变化及其临床意义。方法测定38例正常人(对照组)及95例慢性心力衰竭患者血清中IL-6、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,同时采用超声心动图测定左心室射血分数和左心室质量指数,分析其相关性。结果不同心功能分级的慢性心力衰竭患者IL-6、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IL-6、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平与慢性心力衰竭NYHA心功能分级呈正相关,与左心室射血分数呈负相关,与左心室质量指数呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清IL-6、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平与慢性心力衰竭严重程度相关,可作为左心室功能衰竭诊断的辅助指标。Objective To explore the serum concentrations of IL-6,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in patients with chronic heart failure and the clinical significance. Methods Serum concentrations of IL-6,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in 38 healthy volunteers（control group） and 95 patients with chronic heart failure were determined.Ejection fraction and mass index of left ventricle were measured by echocardiography. Results Serum concentrations of IL-6,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in patients with different chronic heart failure were significantly different from those of the control group（P0.01）.Serum concentrations of IL-6,Hs-CRP and TNF-α were positively related to NYHA grading and the mass index of left ventricle and negatively related to ejection fraction of left ventricle（P0.01）. Conclusion Serum concentrations of IL-6,Hs-CRP and TNF-α can be used as indicators of left ventricle heart failure indicators and can be ancillary used in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.
