摘　　要：目的探讨三维体检模式在健康体检中的应用方法与效果。方法回顾性分析2010年3—8月在我院进行健康体检者1 773例的资料。结果 1 773例体检者中,查出主要慢性病及相关危险因素600例,检出超重180例、血脂异常160例、心理障碍100例、高血压60例、高血糖60例、糖尿病40例;其检出率分别为10.15%、9.02%、5.64%、3.38%、3.38%、2.26%,6个检出率比较差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.01﹚。体检正常者尿微量清蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平与体检异常者比较,差异均有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。不同年龄体检者的超重、糖尿病、心理障碍检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。结论三维体检模式在健康体检中应用效果好,能够反映体检者全方位的身心情况,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the application methods and effects of three-dimensional physical mode in physical examination. Methods Information of 1 773 cases in our hospital from March 2010 to August 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 1773 cases,600 were found with chronic diseases and related risk factors.Overweight,dyslipidemia,mental disorders,hypertension,high blood sugar,and diabetes were found in 180,160,100,60,60 and 40 cases respectively（detection rates 10.15%,9.02%,5.64%,3.38%,3.38%,2.26%）（P0.01）.Urinary albumin and homocysteine levels between the normal physical examination group and the abnormal physical examination group were statistically different（P0.05）.Detection rates of overweight,diabetes,and mental disorders were significantly different subjects of different ages（P0.05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional physical mode displays satisfiable performance in physical examination and is worth wide application in that it reflects the full range of mental and physical condition of the subject.
