摘　　要：采用新拌混凝土测试仪对施工常用的C20～C50不同强度等级的混凝土拌合物进行测试,同时进行硬化混凝土的室内试验,分别建立混凝土水胶比预测曲线和28 d强度预测曲线,并对所建曲线进行了准确性分析。此方法能对生产的混凝土进行现场跟踪快速检测,可反映混凝土实际水胶比并预报混凝土28 d强度,对有效控制混凝土生产质量具有重要的现实意义。Water-cement ratio tester was used for the viscosity testing of concrete mixtures of Grade C20 to Grade C50, and hardened concrete was tested in laboratory, the concrete water-cement ratio predicted curves and predicted curves of 28-day strength were established,, and the accuracy of the curves was analyzed. The method can be used for rapid on-site test of concrete, the results could reflect the actual water-cement ratio of concrete and predict the 28-day strength of concrete, and have practical significance of the effective quality control in concrete production.
