闽台高等教育交流与合作的特点、问题与对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,闽台高等教育交流与合作的频率越来越高,重心下移。普通教师参与交流与合作的机会增多,两岸高校相互招生及联合培养人才的梦想成为现实。但是闽台高等教育交流与合作也存在许多问题。两岸学历互认的阻力仍然很大,领导参访多,实质性合作少。交流与合作中大陆高校向台湾学习与引进的单向性特征显著。应改变功利主义价值取向,促进闽台高等教育交流与合作向纵深发展。With the increasing communication between the universities on the both sides of the strait since the economic reform and opening policy were carried out. More and more university teachers have opportunities to partici- pate in communication and cooperation. The dream that students on both sides can be enrolled by each other and cultivated cooperatively has come true. However, problems such as difficulty of admitting diploma by both sides and too frequent visits of the leaders without achieving any real cooperation have to be solved. Moreover, at present, China's Mainland obviously enrolls more Taiwan students making the number of the exchanging students unbalanced. This paper mainly focuses on the characteristics and problems of the present communication and cooperation and provides strategies for upgrading the communication and cooperation between the universities in Taiwan and Fujian Province.
