Effect of SPNE treatment times on the yield and epigenetic of rice

摘  要:在水稻常规种穗珍香生长发育的秧苗期、秧苗返青后、扬花期分别用特效植物营养素(Special Plant Nutritional Element,简称SPNE)喷施植株,比较不同处理及对照的产量。结果表明,经SPNE处理的水稻的产量均超过对照,但不同时期使用的效果不同;在秧苗期喷施SPNE的效果最好、产量最高,其次是扬花期,对照的产量最低;经SPNE处理后得到的种子发芽后长出的幼苗的淀粉酶活性、株重、叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量等均超过对照,其中扬花期喷施SPNE的效果最好。Conventional rice Suizhenxiang were sprayed by Special Plant Nutritional Element (shorted for SPNE) at seeding stage, return green after plant, spread flower time. The yield of different treatment and contrast were compared. The results showed that the yield of different treatment by SPNE were higher than the contrast. But the effect was different for different treatable time by SPNE. The spray time of seedling stage was better than the spread flower time. The seedling quality from the seeds that were treated by SPNE in last generation was better than the contrast, such as weight of seedling, content of chlorophyll and protein of seedling. The effect was best when the seeds treated by SPNE at spread flower time in last generation.
