摘  要:用特效植物营养素(Special Plant Nutritional Element,简称SPNE)处理不同水稻品种,比较处理组和对照组水稻的F1代幼苗及不同代系处理组和对照组的水稻幼苗的生长及过氧化物同工酶和基因转录的差异。结果表明,SPNE对F1代水稻幼苗的生长表型及表观遗传学表型影响较大,其中对上代用SPNE处理过的穗珍香常规稻的幼苗(F1)株高和过氧化物同工酶酶谱有显著影响,对cDNA的RAPD分析有一定影响。此外,对两代连续用SPNE处理的水稻的分析表明,同工酶和基因转录差异可部分传代。说明SPNE对水稻过氧化物同工酶和基因转录有明显影响,并具有表观遗传特征。Treating different varieties of rice by using SPNE. Comparing the growth and the differences of peroxidase isozyme and gene transcription (by PAPD of eDNA) in FI seedlings between the treated group and the control and between the multi-generation treated group and the control group. Results showed that SPNE distinctly affected the growth and epigenetie phenotypes of Ft rice seedlings. The effect on the plant height of FI from the system that their parents had been treated with SPNE was distinct, so was the effect on peroxidase isozyme of regular rice variety Suizhenxiang. The result of eDNA RAPD also showed a certain differences. In addition, it was suggested by analyzing the rice with treating for two successive generations that the changes in isozyme and gene transcription may partly hereditable. SPNE may distinctly affect peroxidase isozyme and gene transcription of rice, and these effects have epigenetic characteristics.
