摘  要:在水稻常规种穗珍香种子的发育期,用特效植物营养素(Special Plant Nutritional Element,简称SPNE)喷施植株,比较处理和对照的种子在下一代的产量,其表观遗传增产效果表现为:上代和下代均用SPNE处理过的水稻种子的产量高于仅下代用SPNE处理过的水稻种子的产量;仅上代用SPNE处理过的水稻种子的产量均超过两代对照的产量;它们的种子发芽后长出的幼苗的株重、叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量等都与上代表现出同样的变化趋势,产生表观遗传效应并随着SPNE处理代数的增多而增强。Conventional rice Suizhenxiang were treated by Special Plant Nutritional Element (shorted for SPNE) when its seeds were developing. The seeds of treatment and contrast were planted for comparing yield at next generation. The increase yield effect of epigenetic inheritance showed that the yield of seeds which were treated by SPNE at previous generation and next generation was higher than the seeds were treated by SPNE at next generation. The yield of seeds which were only treated by SPNE at previous generation was higher than the seeds of contrast. The treated seedling quality such as weight of seedling, content of chlorophyll and protein of seedling were consisted with the previous generation. The apparent genetic yield effect enhanced with the increased of generation treated by SPNE.
