摘  要:从患病中华鳖体内分离得到多株优势细菌,经感染性试验证明对健康中华鳖具有较强的致病性,且症状与自然发病中华鳖的症状相同。取代表菌株JY02、JY05、JY07和JY09进行形态学、溶血性、生理生化特性分析、16S rRNA基因序列分析和药物敏感性试验。研究结果表明:所分离的代表菌株JY02、JY05、JY07和JY09均为蜡样芽孢杆菌。药物敏感性试验结果显示,分离菌对庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、阿米卡星等8种药物敏感,对壮观霉素、万古霉素中度敏感,对复方新诺明、头孢曲松、氨曲南等6种药物产生耐药性。Some dominant bacterium were isolated from the focal area of the infected Trionyx sinensis. These dominant strains showed strong pathogenicity on healthy Trionyx sinensis it1 the artificial experiments. The symptoms of the artificial infected Trionyx sinensis and the natural infected ones were similar. We selected four typical strains named JY02, JY05, JY07, JY09. The strains were finally identified as Bacillus cereus that confirmed as tile pathogen bacteria that caused "shaking head" disease through morphology observation, hemolytic test, physiological and biochemical tests, 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, and pathology study. The drug sensitivity test showed that four pathogenic bacteria were highly sensitive to 8 kinds of drugs such as GM, NOR, AN, middle sensitive to SPT, VA, and resistant to 6 kinds of drugs such as SXT, CRO, ATZ. This research results had important directive to disease control and health culture of Trionyx sinensis.
