摘　　要：新农村文化建设是新农村建设不可缺少的关键性要素之一。要搞好新农村文化建设,就要关注农民日益增长的精神文化需求,进而繁荣农村文化。当前农民的精神文化需求强烈,对于大众性文化活动、文化场所和文化设施的建设、民间传统文化的浸染和传承等方面的需求日趋高涨。为了有针对性地满足和引导农民群众的文化生活需求,就要注重精神文化产品的开发,加大对农村文化基础设施建设的投入力度,发掘、保护民族民间文化,使优秀传统文化一脉相承,凝聚人心。New rural cultural construction was the most essential part in the new rural construction. In order to do well of new rural cultural construction, we should focus on the growing spiritual and cultural demands of farmers, and finally prosper rural culture. Currently, for popularity cultural activities, cultural places and facilities, and other aspects of disseminated and heritage traditional folk culture, etc., farmers＇ demands increasingly high. In this study, we put forward the way which can satisfy and guide farmers to meet the cultural demands in construction of new rural cultural by developing the products of spiritual and cultural, increasing the invest of basic construction, exploring oteeting the traditional folk culture.
