摘  要:已有的公共服务设施选址模型较复杂且应用范围受限,无法作为通用模型出现。层次分析法可作为选址的通用模型,但单独使用层次分析法在空间分析方面仍有欠缺,单纯的GIS在复杂指标权重的处理方面存在很大不合理性。该文对层次分析法进行了改进,使之更适用于GIS的数据结构,将改进的层次分析法与GIS技术结合,成为公共服务设施选址更合理的选址模型和方法。以河北省黄骅市中学选址为例验证模型和方法的可用性。Layout of public service facilities, which is directly related to life quality of the residents, has great influence on the construction and operation of the community. It has become an important task of the urban planning management and the coordination of national and regional sustainable development. Though many scholars do a lot of researches on location model of public service facilities,they cannot be a general model for their relatively complex and highly targeted. Location model using AHP has been verified. It can appear as a general location model as it's systematic, flexible, simple, and can deal with the experience of human in a scientific way. GIS as an emerging technology, whose powerful spatial analysis function makes the database location will be more systematic and efficient, and make advantages combined and inferior complementary attribute information attached to the spatial location and forms a complex structure of spatial information. However, using AHP alone is still not en- tirely satisfactory in the spatial analysis,and using GIS alone is especially irrational for the treatment of the weights of the impact indexes. In this paper,an improved AHP model is raised in order to be fit for GIS data structure. And then,GIS spatial analysis and improved AHP model are combined in order to make a better model and method for location. At last, location of Huanghua middle school in Hebei is taken as an example,which shows the availability of the model and method.
