摘　　要：目的了解广州市麻风病院村现状,实现麻风病防治资源整合,提高麻风病防治工作的成本效益比[1]。方法采用实地调查、填表调查及问询方法对全市5个麻风病院村现状进行调研;将各麻风病院村调研情况进行相互对比分析,并与相关标准进行比较。结果 5个麻风病院村存在规模较小、资源分散、用房陈旧、医疗设备配置落后或不足、交通不便等情况。结论麻风病防治资源整合是广州市麻风病防治工作的发展方向。Objective To learn status in citywide leprosarium and evaluate the integration of leprosy prevention and cure resources,so as to explore effective and feasible integration mode of leprosy prevention and cure.Methods An investigation in the five citywide leprosarium was carried out by the ways of field survey.Results The circumstances such as less size,separate resources,dated house,lacked medical treatment equipment,inconvenience traffic exist in the five citywide leprosarium.Conclusion The integration of leprosy prevention and cure resources is the developing orientation for our city.
