摘  要:分析了大功率柴油机气门结构和毛坯成形特点。针对船用柴油机大型气门毛坯制造用160kN电镦机液压系统,说明了液压控制系统的组成、设计原理和控制特点。分析了满足不同型号大功率发动机气门电镦工艺参数的调整方法和保证措施。The tire valve structure and the semi-finished materials forming characteristics of high efficiency diesel engine have been analyzed. Aiming at the hydraulic system of 160kN electric upsetter for large-scale tire valve semi-finished materials of diesel engine for ship, the composition, the principle of design and the control characteristics of hydraulic control system have been explained. The adjusting method and protection measure of electric upsetting process which satisfy tire valve of the different model uprated engine have been analyzed.
