高强度板材折弯工艺数据的分析

摘　　要：用PBB-400/5100数控板料折弯机,对WELDOX和HARDOX高强度板作了折弯试验,分析对比了在板材不同下模口宽度和轧制方向时折弯的结果,得到了一些工艺数据。通过对数据进行归纳分析,总结出高强度板材的折弯工艺以及安全操作方法。The high-strength steel plates of WELDOX and HARDOX have been tested with PBB-400/5100 NC Bending Machine. The comparison test has been executed by the different width of the lower die mouth and rolling direction, and then the experiment process data has been obtained. Through induction and analysis of the data, the bending process and the safe operation method of high-strength plate have been summarized.
