摘  要:为了实现对机动车行驶速度的全程实时分布式监测,并为驾驶人员提供预警,基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术,设计了机动车速度智能监测方法及系统。通过车速传感器和速度采集处理模块采集机动车实际速度,传感标签将机动车身份信息及实际速度发送给安装在道路沿线的读写器。当机动车行驶速度超过限速要求时,系统以语音方式提醒驾驶人员,联成网络的读写器将机动车身份及速度信息传送给控制中心,实现数据的存储和实时显示。实验表明,系统能准确监测机动车经过读写器时的速度等信息,并实时传输和处理,可有效避免机动车因超速行驶而导致交通事故的发生。To realize real-time monitoring the actual speed for vehicles and supporting early warning for the vehicle driver,the intelligent speed monitoring method and system were designed for vehicles based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology.The actual velocity of vehicles is acquired by a speed sensor and acquisition and processing module,and identity information of the vehicle and its actual speed are sent to readers installed along the roadside through sensor-tag.When the vehicle drives over the limited speed,the system can voice alarm to the driver,the vehicle identity and its actual speed are transmitted to the control center by readers connected with network,where these information is stored and shown real-time.Experimental results show that this system can acquire vehicle speed accurately and transmit and process it in real-time,and it can avoid effectively traffic accidents caused by speeding.
