摘 要:根据光伏电池的物理数学模型,采用orCAD/PSpice10.5模拟行为模型(ABM)建立光伏电池单元和光伏阵列仿真模型,采用该模型对光伏组件的特性进行了仿真,得出了光伏电池最大功率点电压受光照照度影响甚小,但与电池温度成近似线性递减关系的仿真结果。据此对恒定电压跟踪法(CVT)进行了改进和设计,并对光照、温度影响下的改进型CVT的跟踪控制效果进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用orCAD/PSpiceABM可对大型光伏阵列发电电路和系统进行较高精度的模拟仿真,也表明基于温度调节的改进型CVT与移相全桥软开关技术相结合,仍是一种性能优越、具有实用价值的控制方式。According to physics mathematical model of PV cell, the simulation model of Si type PV cell as well as PV array is constructed with adoption of or CAD/PSpice 10.5 analogy behavioral model (ABM), and on this basis, characteristics of PV module are simulated. The simulation results show that the voltage of PV module on max power point has little correlation with intensity of illumination, but has an approximate linear decrease relationship with the cell temperature. The constant voltage tracking (CVT) method is improved, and the tracking control effects under the influence of illumination and temperature are analyzed. Simulation results show that the high precision simulation on large PV array power system can be carried out with orCAD/PSpice ABM, and the improved CVT based on temperature regulation in combination with PS-FB-ZVS is still a good control method with superior performance and practical value.
