摘  要:目的探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(Epigallocathechin-3Gallate,EGCG)是否可以抑制容积超负荷性心肌肥厚的加重。方法采用腹腔主动静脉贯通术(aortocaval shunt,ACS)制成大鼠心肌肥厚模型,通过心体重量比率以及心肌截面梗死面积来确定心肌肥厚的程度。结果 ACS 3周后导致的心肌体积增大被EGCG明显地减弱,同时容积超负荷导致的心肌细胞的增大也被明显缩减。肥厚的心肌是极易受到缺血损伤的,EGCG不仅抑制了心肌肥厚的发展,而且可以改善缺血再灌损伤后的心肌功能。结论 EGCG可以预防容积超负荷性心肌肥厚。Objective To investigate whether Epigallocathechin-3 gallate(EGCG) and green tea extract(GTE) supplementation could attenuate the development of cardiac hypertrophy induced by volume overload.Methods Cardiac hypertrophy was induced by aortocaval shunt(ACS) in rats and evaluated by determining the heart to body weight(HW/BW) ratio or cross sectional area.Results Cardiac hypertrophy induced by ACS for 3 weeks was significantly attenuated by administration of EGCG or GTE.Attenuation of cardiac hypertrophy by EGCG was associated with attenuation of the increase in myocyte cell size induced by volume overload.Hypertrophied hearts are known to be vulnerable to ischemia.EGCG or GTE administration not only inhibited cardiac hypertrophy but also enhanced cardiac function during ischemia reperfusion injury.Conclusion EGCG prevent the development of cardiac hypertrophy due to volume overload and may be a useful therapeutic modality to suppress cardiac hypertrophy in patients.
