针刺治疗对肥胖模型大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨特定穴位针刺治疗对血清瘦素、胰岛素水平的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、特定穴位针刺治疗组、非特定穴位针刺治疗组,每组15只。采用营养肥胖造模方法复制肥胖模型大鼠,实验第4周行干预治疗,13周结束,治疗后检测各组大鼠血清瘦素水平。结果正常对照组大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素水平低于模型对照组(P<0.01),ISI指数低于模型对照组(P<0.01);特性穴位针刺治疗组大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素水平低于模型对照组(P<0.01),ISI指数低于模型对照组(P<0.01);而非特定穴位针刺组大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素、ISI指数与模型对照组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论特定穴位针刺治疗具有较好的减肥作用,其减肥作用机制可能与降低清瘦素、胰岛素水平有关。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on blood serum leptin and insulin in a rat model of obesity.Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,and specific acupuncture treating group,and not-specific acupuncture treating group,15 for each group.Adopt the model of nutrition obesity as research object and treat it at the 4th week and finish it at 13th week and test the blood serum after the treatment.Results The blood serum leptin and insulin in normal control group lower than it in model control group（P0.01）.ISI index in normal control group higher than it in model control group（P0.01）.The blood serum leptin and insulin in specific acupuncture treating group lower than it in model control group（P0.01）.ISI index in specific acupuncture treating group was higher than it in model control group（P0.01）.But there is no difference between not-specific acupuncture treating group and model control group.Conclusion The effect of specific acupuncture treating is clear and its mechanism is related to decrease blood serum leptin and insulin.
