摘　　要：近年来,随着全球变暖,气温升高而引起水稻减产给世界粮食安全带来危机。随着国内外稻米市场对粳米的需求日益增长,方百计地发展粳稻生产,已势在必行。而北方地区寒地水稻的种植就显得尤其重要。虽然面临着种植面积小,水源短缺,冷病害严重等问题,但是必须克服困难,提高产量。In recent years,along with global warming,temperature rise caused by reduction of rice output to world food safety crisis.China＇s rice production capacity with safety and social stability.Make every attempt to development of Japonica rice production,already be imperative.While the northern cold region rice is particularly important.Although the face grows an area small,water shortage,cold diseases and other serious problems,but still can overcome the difficulties,improve yield.
