摘　　要：目的探讨急性冠脉综合征患者的急诊救治和护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院急性冠脉综合征患者在急诊救治过程中的护理经验。结果全部ACS患者大多数由于及时的救治与护理而得以顺利治疗和痊愈出院,避免了重大医疗差错的发生,挽救了患者的生命。结论心内科救治ACS患者的治疗和护理质量决定了患者的预后,良好的护理能够保证医疗安全和救治的顺利进行,掌握ACS的诊治规程以及正确熟练的心电图的操作,与此同时注意心理护理,是促进患者痊愈的重要护理方法。Objective To study the acute coronary Syndrome （ ACS ） patients＇ emergency treatment and nursing methods. Methods Retrospective analysis in patients with acute coronary syndrome emergency treatment process of nursing experience. Results All patients with ACS were griven mostly for timely treatment and nursing, and were able to smooth treatment and recovery, to avoid the major medical hospital mistake occurrence, and saved the life of the patients. Conclusion The treatment of patients with ACS heart medicine treatment and care to the prognosis of patients with quality, good care can ensure medical safety and the smooth progress of the treatment, and master the rules, and the diagnosis and treatment of ACS in the operation of the electrocardiogram （ ECG ） to correct, at the same time pay attention to psychological care, is to promote the important nursing methods patients healed.
