整体护理在肛肠手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肛肠手术患者的护理措施。方法选我院行肛肠手术患者156例,随机分为实验组和对照组各78例。给予对照组一般护理,实验组在一般护理基础上给予心理护理、健康教育、营养、饮食护理、预防并发症、康复期指导等整体护理措施。结果对照组并发症发生率11.5%,实验组并发症发生率3.8%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组术后自理能力评价平均分值、健康知识评分、满意度均低于实验组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、实验组的平均住院天数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予肛肠手术患者整体护理能够有效地提高治疗效果,预防并发症的发生,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To explore nursing measures of anorectal surgery. Methods All 156 patients were divided into two group with 78 cases in each. Control group was given traditional nursing, while experiment group holistic nursing. Results Complication rate of control group was 11.5%, experiment group was 3.8%, there was statistical significance between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Average score of patients＇ selfcare ability, health knowledge score, satisfaction-degree of control group were lower than experiment group with a significance difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical difference in average of hospital stay between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Holistic nursing on patients after anorectal surgery can improve clinical curative effect, prevent complication, improve the quality of life. It is worth being used widely in clinical nursing.
