针对性心理干预对老年肿瘤患者心理健康的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究针对性心理干预对老年肿瘤患者的影响。方法将我院住院治疗的老年肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组实施传统护理;干预组在传统护理基础上实施针对性心理干预,用SAS、SDS和LSIA等量表对患者的焦虑、抑郁及生活满意度等状况进行调查和分析。结果出院当天,干预组的老年肿瘤患者的SAS得分、SDS得分均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者的LSIA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理干预对改善老年肿瘤患者的心理健康状况有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of the pointed psychological nursing on elderly tumor patients. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups： treated group and controlled group.The treated group patients were given the pointed psychological nursing.The controlled group patients only received traditional nursing. With the SAS, SDS and LSIA, investigation and statistical analysis on the results of the two groups were carried out. Results The SAS scores, SDS scores of treated group were lower than that of the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The LSIA scores of treated group was higher than controlled group on the discharge day （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pointed psychological nursing has positive effect on elderly tumor patients.
