云南白药联合红霉素软膏用于宫颈电切术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药联合红霉素软膏用于宫颈环状锥切术后创面修复的疗效及作用机制与临床意义。方法将180例宫颈手术患者随机分为两组。观察组100例手术后将云南白药联合红霉素软膏放于宫颈创面,隔日一次,共3次;对照组80例术后宫颈创面不使用药物,3个月后复查比较两组的疗效。结果术后观察组3例(3%)脱痂期出血,对照组10例(12.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论云南白药联合红霉素软膏用于术后创面修复有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yunnanbaiyao combined with Erythromycin ointment after cervical cone electrosection and its mechanism and clinical significance. Methods All 180 patients after the treatment of cervical cone electrosection were randomly divided into two groups, administrated 100 cases in the observation group with Yunnanbaiyao combining with Erythromycin ointment, 80 cases in the comparison group administrated with nothing drug, evaluated the curative effect after 3 months. Results The bleeding rate （ 3% ） after cervical conization by electrosection of the observation group was lower than that （ 12.5% ） of the comparison group. Conclusion Yunnanbaiyao combining with Erythromycin ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical cone electrosection.
