摘  要:[目的]探索水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖(WSCC)对铅毒性的影响。[方法]对壳聚糖进行羧甲基化改性,合成水溶性好并能跟重金属形成配位作用的水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖;以斜生栅藻为受试生物进行培养,绘制藻的生长曲线,通过测量吸光度,做出藻细胞浓度与吸光度的线性关系图;进行WSCC、Pb2+、Pb2+-WSCC对斜生栅藻的毒理试验,对不同处理的毒性进行评估。[结果]Pb2+对斜生栅藻有较大的毒性作用,随着Pb2+投加量的增加,其抑制率明显升高;WSCC对斜生栅藻的毒性很小;当含Pb2+溶液中分别加入适量的WSCC后,其对斜生栅藻的抑制率明显下降,且随着WSCC投加量的增加,其对斜生栅藻的联合抑制效果越来越好。[结论]WSCC与Pb2+发生配位作用后,可大大降低溶液的毒性,从而降低Pb2+对斜生栅藻的抑制率。[Objective] The study aimed to explore the effects of water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosans(WSCC) on the toxicity of lead.[Method] WSCC with high water solubility and coordination ability for heavy metal was synthesized through the modification of the carboxy methyl on the chitosan.Scenedesmas obliquus was taken as the tested algae for culture,the algae growth curve was drawn and the linear relationship chart of the algae concentration and absorbency was made through measuring the absorbency and lastly the toxicological tests on the toxicity of WSCC,Pb2+,Pb2+-WSCC to S.obliquus were conducted and the toxicity of different treatments was evaluated.[Result] Pb2+ had greater toxic effect on S.obliquus and its inhibition rate was increased obviously with the increase of Pb2+dosing quantity.WSCC had smaller toxic effect on S.obliquus.When Pb2+ solution were added with the adequate amount of WSCC,the inhibition rate of Pb2+ on the algae was decreased obviously,and their joint inhibition on the algae was better and better with the increase of WSCC dosing quantity.[Conclusion] The coordination function of WSCC and Pb2+ could greatly reduce the toxicity of the solution,thus to decrease the inhibition rate of Pb2+ on S.obliquus.
