甲壳素对文心兰营养元素的影响

摘  要:[目的]研究施用不同浓度甲壳素对文心兰营养元素含量的影响。[方法]营养饥饿状态下,施用不同浓度(0、500、1000、1500、2000μg/L)的甲壳素,测定文心兰叶片和假球茎中营养元素含量的变化。[结果]甲壳素浓度为1500 μg/L时,文心兰叶片中的N、P、Fe、Mn营养元素含量最高,特别是Fe、Mn表现尤为突出,极显著高于其他处理;在假球茎中N、K、Ca、Mg的含量最高,其中K、Ca、Mg的含量极显著高于其他处理,此外,Zn虽然在叶片中的含量差异表现不明显,但其在假球茎中含量的变化却极显著,处理浓度越大含量越高。[结论]营养饥饿状态下,施用不同浓度的甲壳素对文心兰叶片和假球茎中营养元素含量影响显著,但对叶片中营养元素含量的影响与假球茎中营养元素含量的影响不一致,且存在极显著差异。[Objective]The aim was to study the effect on the nutrient elements content of Oncidium at the different concentrations of chitin(0、500、1 000、1 500、2 000 μg/L).[Method] Under nutritional starvation,different concentrations of chitin were applied to Oncidium,and the differences of nutrient elements content of Oncidium leaf blades and peusudobulbs was determined.[Result]When the concentration of chitin was 1 500 μg/m,the nutrient elements content of N,P,Fe,Mn in Oncidium leaf blades was highest,especially the nutrient elements content of Fe,Mn was significantly higher than other treatment at different concentrations.In pseudobulb of Oncidium,the N、K、Ca、Mg content was highest.Among them,K、Ca、Mg content was significantly higher in the treatment of chitin at 1 500 μg/L than other treatment at different concentrations.Besides,the Zn content difference in leaf blades was not significant,but the Zn content change in pseudobulb was most significant,the higher concentration of chitin applied to Oncidium,the higher content of Zn content in pseuobulb.[Conclusion]Under nutritional starvation,different concentrations of chitin had significant effect on the nutrient elements of Oncidium leaf blades and peusudobulbs,but the effect on nutrient elements content between leaf blades and pseudobulb were inconsistent,and the inconsistency was extremely prominent.
