摘 要:[目的]介绍转基因抗虫杂交棉新品种皖杂棉11号的选育及栽培技术。[方法]皖杂棉11号是安徽省农业科学院棉花研究所以皖棉133为母本、TM-5为父本杂交选育而成。描述了该品种的产量表现及品种特征特性,并介绍了其栽培技术要点。[结果]在2007~2008年安徽省区域试验中,皖杂棉11号平均子棉、皮棉和霜前皮棉产量分别为3533.0、1476.2、1312.7 kg/hm2,分别较对照皖杂40F1增产11.0%、9.4%、6.2%,并表现丰产、稳产、抗病虫、抗倒伏、纤维品质优良。[结论]皖杂棉11号产量高、品质好、抗病虫性强,适宜在安徽省沿江区和皖南山区推广种植。[Objective]The study aimed to introduce the breeding and cultivation technique of transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton variety Wanzamian11.[Method]Wanzamian11 was bred through the hybridization with Wanmian133 as the female parent and TM-5 as the male parent.The yield performance and variety characteristic of this variety were described and its main cultivation technique was introduced.[Result] In the area test of Anhui province in 2007-2008,wanzamian11 got the mean yield of seed cotton,lint yield and pre-frost lint cotton was 3 533.0,1 476.2,1 312.7 kg/hm2 respectively,being increased by 11.0%,9.4% and 6.2% compared with wanza40 F1 and showed the characteristics of high yield,stable yield,disease resistance,lodging resistance and fiber quality improvement.[Conclusion]Wanzamian11 with the characteristics of high yield,good quality,disease and pest resistance was suitable to be planted along the Yangtze river area and southern mountainous area in Anhui province.
