摘　　要：按森林资源的类型,从木质资源、非木质资源和林区特殊功能三方面,构建黑龙江省大兴安岭国有林区低碳循环发展模式,按照国有林区三大产业构建产业间低碳循环经济模式,并从健全科技服务体系、充分发挥市场机制等方面提出黑龙江省大兴安岭国有林区低碳循环发展的对策。According to the types of forest resources,the low-carbon cycle development model was constructed for the state-owned forest in Da Hinggan Ling of Heilongjiang Province from the aspects of timber resources,non-timber forest resources and special features;then the inter-industrial low-carbon cycle model was built based on the three industries of state-owned forest,finally some suggestions were proposed to promote the development of low-carbon cycle economy from perfecting scientific and technological services system,giving full play to the market mechanism and so on.
