摘  要:[目的]研究微波、超声和碱液预处理对芦苇秸秆木质素的降解效果。[方法]设计Plackett-Burman试验,使用超声微波萃取仪以碱液为溶剂对芦苇秸秆进行处理,通过纤维分析仪测定木质素含量变化,分析了各处理因素在木质素降解中的作用。[结果]通过Minitab软件分析木质素降解率与处理条件的关系,发现碱液浓度为唯一显著的影响因素,液料比和微波时间也有一定作用。[结论]确定了碱液为主、微波为辅的芦苇秸秆木质素降解手段,为芦苇秸秆的预处理应用奠定了基础。[Objective] To study the effect of microwave,ultrasonic and alkali pretreatment on the degradation of reed lignin.[Method] The Plackett-Burman experiment was designed and the reed straw was treated by using ultrasonic-microwave extraction with alkali as solvent.Through determining the lignin content variation by fiber analyzer,the effects of different factors on lignin degradation were analyzed.[Result] Through the analysis of relations between the degradation rate of lignin and the treatment conditions by Minitab software,it was found out that the alkali concentration was the only significant factor.In addition,liquid-solid ratio and microwave time also played a certain role.[Conclusion] The result confirmed alkali as the main factor and microwave as the assist factor in reed lignin degradation,which laid theoretical foundation for its further application.
