中小城市滨水区开发建设的思考

摘　　要：分析了中小城市滨水景区开发在观念、政策、风格3方面存在的问题,提出中小城市滨水景区开发统筹兼顾、生态设计、资源共享、文化保护4项原则,认为只有坚持以人为本,在遵循自然发展规律的基础上改造和利用滨水景观,才能提高其地区综合效益,营造充满魅力和活力的滨水景观空间。Problems in the development of small and medium-sized cities waterfront scenic spots in concept,policy and style were analyzed,moreover,four principles during the development of small and medium-sized cities waterfront scenic spots were put forward,namely,round consideration,ecological design,resource sharing and cultural preservation.It hold that only adhering to the people-oriented and following the law of natural development,reforming and utilizing waterfront scenic spots could improve the regional comprehensive benefits,build glamorous and vigorous waterfront scenic spots.
