摘　　要：文章着重分析农村建设用地流转对解决住房问题的重要意义,它将提高农民购买力、融资能力和土地利用率。同时找出当前对土地流转有显著影响的法律、政府行为方面缺陷,分析解决应对方式,以达到加快农村集体建设用地流转,促进解决住房问题的目标。This paper focused on analyzing the importance of the transference of rural construction land on settling the housing problem.It increased the purchasing power,financial capacity and land use efficiency.At the same time,negative significant effects of the law and the government on the transference were found out.Through analyzing the corresponding solutions,we achieved the target for quickening the transference of the rural construction land and resolving the housing problems.
