摘　　要：从人均消费水平、城市GDP、人口基数3个角度选取我国107个冬枣需求潜力最大的城市,通过聚类分析法将107个城市分为5类,利用层次分析法对这5类城市进行分析,以选取配送中心地址。结果表明:长春、佛山、西安、苏州、成都5个城市最适合建立冬枣配送中心。107 cities with the most consumption potential for winter date were selected from three angles,consumption level per capita,GDP,and population base.Through clustering analysis,107 cities were divided into five categories.By layer analysis method,the five types’ cities were expounded so as to select delivery center address.Results suggested that Changchun,Foshan,Xi’an,Suzhou,and Chengdu were most suitable cities to establish winter date delivery center.
