摘  要:目的探讨苯酚滴耳液中苯酚含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定苯酚甘油滴耳液中苯酚含量,测定波长(270±1)nm。结果苯酚浓度在10~30mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,辅料对苯酚的测定无干扰。5组样品测定结果平均回收率99.81%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.57%。结论本方法操作简便,可用于该制剂的快速含量测定。Objective To establish a simple method for the detection of phenol concentration in phenol ear drops. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotography was used, the detection wavelength was (270 ± 1) nm. Results The linearity was obtained in the range of 10 ~ 30 mg/L (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.81% in five group samples. The RSD was 0.57%. Conclusion The method is simple with high recovery and suitable for quick measurement in pharmacy.
