不同固定液对不同组织冷冻切片HE染色效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨不同固定液对冷冻切片固定的作用,筛选出最佳的冷冻切片固定液。方法分别用6种不同的固定液对100例不同组织的冷冻切片进行固定,并进行HE染色,对染色效果进行比较。结果经乙醚酒精固定液固定的冷冻切片HE染色效果最佳。结论乙醚酒精固定液最适合用于固定进行HE染色的冷冻切片。Objective To choose the best fixative for frozen section by testing different fixatives to different tissues. Methods 100 cases of frozen sections of different tissues are fixed by 6 different fixatives respectively and stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin. The stained slides are observed and compared. Results The best stain slide is the frozen section fixed by mixture of alcohol and ether. Conclusions Mixture of alcohol and ether is the best fixative for frozen section stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin.
